Hi! I'm Vanessa. I just want to thank you for taking the time and looking at my page! Like everyone else, I have had a crazy journey in life. That crazy journey has made me who I am, and photography is a big part of that. I have always had a passion for it, from the moment I laid hands on a camera. I remember when my mom had a polaroid camera when I was younger, and I was always taking it and capturing everything. I even once woke up and saw it was raining outside, so what did I do? I took my brother outside on the porch and took some pictures of him. To this day my mom still has those pictures, and we still laugh about it. And although it was just another small funny moment, I captured it, I preserved it, and now we all get to reminisce on it. Growing up my dad took pictures of us all the time, and not just pictures but videos too! I always loved that about my family. Years later we could always look back at those crazy photos and remember that moment, I cherish that. I met my amazing spouse, in high school, we may have lived life a little backwards, but that's what makes my journey special. We created two crazy spontaneous children together, Elianah & Alonzo. Elianah is just full of sass, too much sass for a 7 year old, lol! I guess you have to be when your as confident and free spirited like her! Alonzo is just a rebel, a ruthless little kid. I always say he's our sour patch kid, sour & then sweet, haha! As I grew up being documented by family, I knew I had to document their lives as well. And it's the main reason I ventured out into learning how to capture the best photos of my kids I possible could. And now I want to capture those moments for others out there!
As I get to know you, you will get to know more about me as well. You won't consider me just as your photographer, you'll see me as a friend. And I hope to capture the beauty of your journey as well!
